Flea Market Business: Who Likes Boiled Peanuts?

Hope every one enjoyed a Great Mothers Day with friends and family. I will be taking my mom out this week as I worked yesterday at the flea market.

If you are thinking about starting a flea market business there are some positive and negative points you should consider. Lets start with the negative.
Its the summer and in general sales decline as less people come out to the markets because of the heat. I am in Fla. and it was 97 this week end. Less people = less sales = less money.
Now to the positive. There are less flea market vendors. Less vendors = less competition = more money. The biggest positive though is that it gives you a chance to try out different products and get acquainted with all of your potential future customers. This
will help you start building trust so when the good times arrive you will be ready.
